Grant Clarke が作曲し、Harry Akst(1894-1963) が作詞した1929年の歌曲で、映画「オン・ウィズ・ザ・ショウ」に用いられた。その昔エセル・ウォーターが歌ったが、ヘレンも見事な解釈で歌っている。エラの歌唱が、Youtubeでも楽しめる。84年の映画「コットンクラブ」では、ダイアン・レインがギヤのラッパ伴奏で歌うような場面が出てくる。
